Topping up Lumi

What Lumi is

Lumi is Tamerland's premium currency. It belongs to your account, not to one character: every character on the account shares the same Lumi. You spend it in the Tamer Store (the Marketplace's shop for Lumi goods, where the Tamer Ticket is sold too) and on the Lumi wish machines.

Open the Lumi Store

1. Press the + beside your Lumi. It is there on the character screen, in your bag, in the Marketplace and in Events.
2. The Lumi Store opens in a new tab at play.tamer.land/store. You can also go to that address directly.
3. If you are not signed in yet, sign in with the same account you play with. The store shows which account it is and how much Lumi it holds, so check that before you buy.

Pick a pack

Each pack shows how much Lumi you get and its price in Rupiah. Bigger packs include bonus Lumi, already counted in the total on the card. To see rough US dollar prices, switch Show prices in to USD. You are always charged in Rupiah.

Pay

Pressing a pack's price opens the checkout. You can pay with:

• QRIS: scan the code with any banking or e-wallet app that pays QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, your bank's app...), then confirm in that app.
• Card: a credit or debit card. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Keep the store tab open while you pay. A checkout left unpaid expires after a while; just pick the pack again.

After you pay

The store says Payment received and how much Lumi was added. The game sees it straight away: there is no need to log out, and your other characters see the same Lumi.

If the store says Waiting for your payment, the payment has not cleared yet. That is normal for a few minutes, mostly when a bank asks for confirmation. Press Check again after a moment. A payment that clears later is still added, even if you have closed the tab.

First Top Up Prize

The first time an account tops up at least the smallest pack, it can take the First Top Up Prize. Open Events in the game, find the First Top Up Prize card and press Claim on the character that should get it. It is once per account, so pick your character first.

When something goes wrong

• The payment did not go through or the checkout was closed before paying: you were not charged. Pick the pack again.
• Paid but no Lumi after a while: press Check again on the store, then look at your Lumi in the game. Still nothing? Ask on the Tamerland Discord (linked at the foot of every page) with your account email, the time you paid and the amount.
• Payment received, but it could not be added automatically: your money is safe. Our team adds it or refunds you; tell us on Discord if you have not heard back.
• Purchases are paused right now: buying is switched off for a short while (maintenance, for example). Nothing can charge you; try again later.
