Hell-o-fiend 2026: The Complete Event Guide

Night has fallen over Kharugna, and it stays for four weeks. Shades roam the town, a Genderuwo has taken the square, and the village cooperative pays in Lanterns. Here is everything you need to know.

• Event: Sun 1 Nov 13:00 to Sun 29 Nov 13:00 (GMT+7)
• Event Shop: open one week longer, until Sun 6 Dec 13:00, so you can spend your last Lanterns
• Daily reset: 05:00 (GMT+7). Daily quests, world boss tries and the Lantern field cap refresh then

Everything opens on day one: the story, the dailies, the world boss and the shop.

🏮 Lanterns

Lanterns are the event currency. You spend them in the Event Shop. They are tradable and stack to 600.

• Story quest (5 chapters, once): 55 Lanterns in total
• Daily quests (4 a day): up to 16 a day
• Genderuwo world boss (3 fights a day): up to 3 a fight, 9 a day
• Pocong and Reyna Lilia in the field: 40% chance for 1 each, up to 10 a day

One character doing everything earns about 1,000 Lanterns over the event: enough for two event pets and an outfit, with some left over.

Field drop details: every Pocong or Reyna Lilia you defeat has a 40% chance to drop a Lantern. In a party each character rolls its own chance. The cap is 10 per character per day. If your bag is full, the Lantern is mailed to you.

👻 Where to Hunt

Pocong (Lv35) and Reyna Lilia (Lv40) haunt the edge of Kharugna town and the new Cooperation Village hall. They come back 5 seconds after a fight (normal monsters take about a minute), so even a crowded town never runs dry.

📖 The Story (Lv35+)

Start at the Guild Master in Kharugna. Five chapters, each once per character, and you can share them with your party.

1. Ripples in the Pool (Lv35): talk to Ambro, defeat 10 Pocong. 10 Lanterns
2. Shadow from Behind (Lv40): defeat 10 Reyna Lilia. 10 Lanterns
3. Two Faces (Lv40): defeat 15 Pocong and 15 Reyna Lilia. 10 Lanterns
4. The Last Seal (Lv40): talk to Ambro. 15 Lanterns + 2 Super Treasure Pots
5. Keeper of the Banyan (Lv40): talk to Ambro, face the Genderuwo once, report to the Village Cooperative Keeper. 10 Lanterns

Total: 55 Lanterns and 2 Super Treasure Pots.

🔁 Daily Quests

Once a day each, reset at 05:00 (GMT+7).

• Night Patrol (Guild Master, Lv35): defeat 20 Pocong. 4 Lanterns
• Night Hunt (Guild Master, Lv40): defeat 20 Reyna Lilia. 5 Lanterns
• Holding the Genderuwo (Guild Master, Lv40): face the Genderuwo once. 3 Lanterns
• Cooperative Night Stock (Village Cooperative Keeper, Lv40): bring 10 Hell-o-fiend Candy (from Pocong) and 10 Island Pumpkins (from Reyna Lilia). 4 Lanterns

16 Lanterns a day. Tip: do Night Patrol, Night Hunt and Cooperative Night Stock in the same hunt, since the candy and pumpkins drop from the same monsters.

Holding the Genderuwo only counts a fight you stay in: escaping or disconnecting doesn't count.

👹 World Boss: Genderuwo (Lv40+)

One Genderuwo for the whole server. He moves: each day he stands on one of five spots in Kharugna, a new one after every daily reset. Look for him on the map.

• 3 fights a day per character.
• He never falls. A fight lasts up to 6 minutes. Every full minute he hits 15% harder. Every 3 of his turns, his fallen minions rise again at full health. His Thunder Laugh stuns one of you for a moment.
• The longer you last, the more you earn:

• Under 1 minute: 5 Shadow Souls (for you, and for your pet), 1 Lantern
• 3 minutes: 8 Shadow Souls, 2 Lanterns
• 5 minutes: 10 Shadow Souls, 2 Lanterns
• The full 6 minutes: 10 Shadow Souls, 3 Lanterns

🌟 Shadow Soul Milestones

Every Shadow Soul anyone earns counts toward the server total. Each milestone the server reaches unlocks a reward package:

• 60,000: 10 Super Treasure Pots
• 160,000: 10 Enhancement Gems + 10 Super Treasure Pots
• 280,000: 10 Premium Enhancement Stones
• 400,000: 10 Artisan's Souls

How much you get depends on your own Shadow Souls. Every 50 souls you earn gives you a tenth of each package; at 500 souls you get the full package. Reach 500 after the last milestone and you also get a Pet Skill Slot Key.

Claim in the Event Center (Hell-o-fiend card, Milestones tab). All milestone rewards are bound. Anything you didn't claim is mailed to you after the event ends.

🛒 Event Shop

Open the Event Center from the HUD and pick the Hell-o-fiend card, Shop tab. NPCs with an event counter open it too.

• Crown Garuda Soul Orb: 300 Lanterns

• Playful Witch outfit (permanent): 200 Lanterns

• 1 Lantern: 3 Expedition Tokens

No purchase limits. Leftover Expedition Tokens from Tamer Expedition become Lanterns here, so nothing goes to waste.

🐾 The Event Pets

Every event Soul Orb opens with a Premium Pet Appraisal Scroll and rolls a talent of Supreme Star 2 or above. Event orbs are tradable.

Crown Garuda (Ranger, Angel, Flying/Holy): Event Shop. The highest DEX of the event pets.

• Dash, and Steel Cannon, which ignores armour.

Pocong (Priest, Undead, Dark/Ghost): Event Shop.

• Shadow Orb, and Weakness: the target deals 22-30% less damage and loses 60-100 Crit.

Reyna Lilia (Priest, Undead, Dark/Ghost): Event Shop.

• Holy Bullet, and Holy Seal: an ally deals 15-30% more damage for 25 s.

Dark Fairy (Mage, Demon, Dark/Flying): the new top prize of the Wishing Well. The highest INT of the event pets.

• Shadow Orb, and Abyssal Agony: 5 strikes on random enemies (up to 3 on one), then a curse.

✨ Fortuna: Gacha Banners

The gacha has a new home: Fortuna, the gold star on the HUD (key F on desktop).

• Wishing Well: Dark Fairy joins Lucky Dragon and the Premium Scripture Gift Box as a top prize. Pity at 70 pulls, and you choose which top prize your pity gives. Pay 30 Gold or 50 Lumi a pull, on the same pity count.
• Starlight Wardrobe: the new top prize is Bramble and Marigold, plus the pumpkin pair Wickham and Pepita and many costumes new to Tamerland.
• Nebula Hatchery: the new top prize is Primordial Nyro.
• Pull x1 or x10. Every banner lists each prize and its chance under Details.

💡 Quick Plan for a Day

1. Take Night Patrol, Night Hunt and Holding the Genderuwo from the Guild Master, and Cooperative Night Stock from the Village Cooperative Keeper.
2. Hunt Pocong and Reyna Lilia around the Cooperation Village until the dailies are done (and your 10 field Lanterns are in).
3. Find today's Genderuwo spot and fight him 3 times. Stay the full 6 minutes for the most souls and Lanterns.
4. Hand in, then claim any milestones in the Event Center.
